I want to start on a good note - Steve from Customer Service was absolutely outstanding, he deserves 5 stars, but this product deserves one. From the beginning of even receiving the rear rack, it was extremely frustrating. The original product arrived without any instructions. I searched the website and to no avail, so given my experience working at a bike shop for 7 years, I tried to put it together myself but I quickly realized I was missing hardware but also, the head of the rod snapped. I contacted Customer Service. As I mentioned, Steve was phenomenal. He swiftly responded on a weekend day, he gave me a full refund with an apology, and sent out a replacement rear rack, and the assembly instructions. I waited patiently for the replacement to arrive. When it finally did, I was still missing the same hardware, and there was a disconnect about the way the rear rack was supposed to arrive. I contacted Steve again, and he provided further instruction to bridge the gap of the unassembled of the product. The rack needed to be assembled more than the directions provided Additionally, Steve went ahead and ordered the missing hardware and got it sent out. After going through the entire debacle to receive all the instructions and hardware to attach the rear rack to my bike, it wasn’t even worth it. The rack is designed in a way that the higher edge interferes with the seat positioning. So, I am left with three options: 1. Ride with my seat too high 2. Ride with my seat too low 3. Ride without my rear rack to carry my cargo. Which is quite the disappointment, as this was supposed to be my commute to work
