Most orders using standard shipping will be delivered in 3-5 business days. Our primary shipping carrier is UPS. We ship to addresses in the 48 continental United States. Please contact Bike.com customer support for assistance outside of this area. A signature is required at delivery on some higher value shipments, as well as those containing hazardous materials, such as lithium-ion batteries.
